ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Database Informatics Manager. Under the supervision of the Strategic Information (SI) Director, the Data Base & Informatics Manager will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of RISE Burundi databases. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of databases; assist with the development of queries and functionality reports; the support of sites staffs for any database related needs.


ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Data Base & Informatics Manager position by July 2021. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field and will have at least 5 years of experience in databases’ administration.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs including program planning, monitoring and evaluation. The Data Base & Informatics Manager will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
